These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Rubik's Roulette at rubiksroulette.com (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

The service

Rubik's Roulette is a free-to-play browser game. Features may include guest play, optional Google sign-in, leaderboards, friends, duels, and advertising. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Site only with a parent or guardian’s permission. Ranked, social, and account features require a valid sign-in.

Accounts

• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Choose a nickname that does not infringe others’ rights or violate these Terms.
• We may reclaim, reset, or refuse nicknames that are abusive, impersonating, or otherwise inappropriate.
• Do not attempt to bypass rank, score, or anti-abuse systems.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Cheat, automate gameplay, exploit bugs, or manipulate scores or leaderboards.
• Harass other players, spam invites, or misuse friends/duel features.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the Site or its APIs except as allowed by law.
• Upload or transmit malware, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or other users’ data.
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate access, remove content (including nicknames or scores), or take other action if we believe these Terms were violated.

Advertising

The Site is supported by advertising, including Google AdSense / H5 Games Ads. Ads may interrupt gameplay at certain moments. Ad content is provided by third parties; we do not control every ad creative. See our Privacy Policy for cookie and advertising details.

Health and visual-effects warning

The Site may contain flashing, strobing, rapidly changing, high-contrast, and colored visual effects. Such effects may trigger seizures or other symptoms in people with photosensitive epilepsy or other visual sensitivities, and may also cause discomfort, dizziness, headache, or nausea. Do not use the Site if you have been advised to avoid these effects, and consult a qualified healthcare professional if you have any concern about whether the Site is appropriate for you.

Stop playing immediately and seek medical advice if you experience a seizure, loss of awareness, involuntary movement, vision changes, dizziness, nausea, or other unusual symptoms. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising minors' use of the Site. This warning is not medical advice and does not replace advice from a healthcare professional.

Intellectual property

The Site, game design, branding, code, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Site for personal, non-commercial play. You may not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit the Site without permission, except for fair use or rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

“Rubik” / Rubik’s Cube branding may be subject to third-party trademark rights. This game is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the trademark owners unless expressly stated.

Third-party services

Sign-in, hosting, email delivery, and advertising may rely on third-party services (for example Google and Netlify). Their terms and privacy policies also apply to their processing.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, scores, goodwill, or profits, arising from your use of the Site. This includes claims relating to the visual effects described above. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed the amount you paid directly to Rubik's Roulette for use of the Site in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for intentional misconduct or any other liability that applicable law does not permit us to disclaim.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
